📋 Description

• Train and refine Grok for voice interactions, speech recognition, and multilingual auditory experiences • Provide labels, annotations, recordings, and inputs for multilingual audio projects using proprietary software • Translate and localize UI copy, prompts, responses, and other written content from English into Malay • Curate high-quality audio data representing linguistic and prosodic details such as intonation, rhythm, and accent • Collaborate with technical staff on speech modulation, accent variation, noisy recordings, and multilingual audio processing • Improve annotation tools and audio workflows with technical staff

🎯 Requirements

• Native proficiency in Malay, with exposure to diverse accents, dialects, or regional variations • English proficiency at minimum B2 level • Clear, natural vocal delivery and pronunciation suitable for audio recording • Strong auditory perception of speech nuances, accents, pronunciation, intonation, and audio quality • Ability to handle multilingual audio content and evaluate speech accuracy, cultural vocal expressions, and contextual interpretation • Ability to transcribe audio accurately across accents and varying audio quality • Ability to translate and localize text accurately between English and Malay • Comfort providing high-quality voice recordings and feedback on audio samples in multiple languages • Strong comprehension and independent judgment on ambiguous or varied audio material, including noisy or accented speech • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, detail-oriented, and organizational skills • Commitment to developing sophisticated multilingual AI audio capabilities • Personal device must be a Chromebook, Mac running macOS 11.0 or later, or Windows 10 or later • No visa sponsorship is provided • Preferred: background in linguistics, speech sciences, cognitive science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience • Preferred: experience with speech/audio datasets, annotation workflows, AI training data, voice models, translation/localization workflows, or professional voice work • Preferred: portfolio of voice samples, annotated transcripts, or audio-related work
