• Lead the SAP SuccessFactors team • Provide consulting and support to new and existing clients (remote/on-site), including adapting and further developing existing business processes and systems (SAP SuccessFactors) • Participate in and assume partial and project responsibilities in customer projects • Develop innovative solution proposals and implement them as part of comprehensive consulting services • Capture customer requirements and provide expert consulting and training • Prepare functional and technical concepts • Prepare and conduct workshops, testing phases, and presentations • Contribute to business development and sales activities
