📋 Description

• Lead engagement with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic objectives, business processes, and system challenges into scalable IT-enabled solutions • Drive end-to-end business analysis, including requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, validation, prioritization, and traceability • Serve as a key interface between Business and IT throughout the delivery lifecycle • Own design, testing, and rollout of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and bespoke Finance system solutions • Lead delivery of system enhancements and initiatives, managing scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment • Coordinate activities within the IT Global Quarterly Release process • Evaluate solution designs and re-engineered processes and provide recommendations • Drive process optimization and standardization across Finance systems and workflows • Ensure SOX and governance compliance for system changes • Partner with offshore delivery and support teams to maintain service quality and resolve issues • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years as a Senior Business Analyst • Significant experience leading Oracle Finance implementations, enhancements, or transformation initiatives • Strong hands-on functional expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Financial Modules, including Purchasing, iProcurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and General Ledger • Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report Finance business processes • Experience leading complex, large-scale, cross-functional, multi-regional Finance IT initiatives • Experience driving end-to-end requirements lifecycle management • Ability to translate Finance process requirements into Oracle ERP functional behavior • Experience leading UAT planning, validation strategies, and release readiness activities • Experience delivering and supporting integrations between Oracle Financial modules and third-party systems • Ability to assess system designs and provide structured recommendations • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in Finance systems or processes • Experience in SOX-controlled or regulated environments • Experience working with offshore or near-shore delivery and support teams • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Working knowledge of other Oracle R12 Finance modules such as AME, SLA, and Fixed Assets is a plus • Working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL is a plus • Experience with Sabrix, Kofax, or MarkView is a plus • Working knowledge of OBIEE, Power BI, Looker, or similar reporting tools is a plus • Basic understanding of databases, data flows, ETL concepts, or analytics processes is a plus • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps is a plus • Experience supporting Finance system architecture or solution design is a plus • Experience mentoring or coaching junior analysts is a plus • Experience in process automation or Finance transformation initiatives is a plus
