📋 Description

• Translate complex enterprise business processes into end-to-end agentic workflows. • Design, configure, and build enterprise agents using Agent Builder, Agentforce Studio, Agent Script / DX, subagent routing, and instructions. • Build back-end support using Salesforce Flow, Apex, SOQL, APIs, Named Credentials, and OAuth. • Implement tool/function calling, structured outputs, multi-step agent workflows, and prompt/context engineering. • Evaluate when to use LLM reasoning versus deterministic Apex/Flow logic to minimize latency and token costs while preventing hallucinations. • Ground agent reasoning in structured and unstructured enterprise data using Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360, semantic search, and Knowledge libraries. • Architect REST API callouts, event-driven integrations, and MuleSoft platform pipelines incorporating MCP standards. • Drive automated testing and multi-turn conversation tracing using the Agentforce Testing Center. • Design least-privilege agent permissions, FLS/sharing rules, prompt injection protections, and human-in-the-loop escalation paths. • Lead technical discovery with European enterprise stakeholders and guide cross-functional engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce engineering and architecture experience. • At least 2 meaningful production or advanced pre-production Agentforce implementations. • Based in Europe with strong alignment with European enterprise hours. • Deep proficiency in Salesforce Agentforce (Studio/DX), Apex, Flow, Data Cloud, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. • Clear understanding of LLM architectures, context window management, function calling, and evaluation frameworks. • Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist or Salesforce Architect Certifications. • Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, Python, TypeScript, LangGraph/LangChain, or MCP. • Exposure to major AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure AI, or AWS Bedrock).
