📋 Description

• Manage various user acquisition channels (social media, incentivized networks, video platforms) by helping to create, monitor, and optimize UA campaigns. • Support the development of strategic initiatives by conducting research and testing different hypotheses under the guidance of senior team members. • Utilize internal and external reporting and analytics tools to gather data and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes. • Participate in creative testing processes and help track and analyze competitors' creatives to stay informed about trends in ad tech and mobile growth. • Collaborate with a top-performing product team supported by senior team members and industry partners.

🎯 Requirements

• About 1 year of experience in user acquisition within the mobile game development industry. • Basic knowledge of at least one ad platform (e.g., Meta Ads, Google UAC, Applovin, ASA) and a willingness to learn. • Understanding of fundamental UA goals and KPIs such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV. • A strong desire to grow and develop in user acquisition. • English proficiency at B2 (upper intermediate) level or higher.
