• At xLabs, we provide core infrastructure and contribute to open-source technologies that empower the builders of the Internet of Value. • We focus on engineering tools and delivering robust infrastructure to enable the seamless development of decentralized applications. • We manage compute infrastructure and the applications that depend on it. • Documenting what we learn, including what went wrong and how to prevent future issues, is also a big part of our work.
🎯 Requirements
• You are capable of working efficiently in distributed teams, with a strong focus on clear and frequent communication. • You think critically about the problems presented to the team and can propose multiple solutions, ideally documented in written form. • You are proactive, taking initiative while keeping the team’s success in mind. • You are comfortable communicating in English, both verbally and in writing. • You have experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps. • You have experience with workload orchestration solutions, such as (but not limited to) HashiCorp Nomad or Kubernetes. • You can reason about software design and distributed systems. • You are proficient in at least one programming language. • You have experience running blockchains, particularly validators and remote signers/multisig. (nice to have)
