📋 Description

• Provide legal and project-related tax advice to a client base in the nonprofit (NPO) sector • Handle projects of varying sizes, e.g., establishment of subsidiaries • Prepare legal opinions, position papers and solution proposals • Draft articles of association, rules of procedure and contracts (in particular cooperation agreements) • Assess and review complex legal and tax matters • Exchange feedback in regular status meetings (jour fixe) with partners and the rest of the legal department

🎯 Requirements

• Admitted to the bar • Minimum of 4 years' relevant professional experience in a law firm environment • Ideally holds a specialist attorney qualification or a dual qualification as a tax advisor • Familiarity with charitable status (nonprofit law) and tax law • Ability to explain and convey complex contractual structures • Experience in direct client contact • Committed with a professional and personable manner • Team-oriented, independent, structured and detail-oriented
