The platform provides objective, millimeter-accurate validation, clash detection, and unified project data to help owners, general contractors and specialty contractors reduce rework, accelerate delivery, and de-risk mission-critical projects such as data centers, pharmaceutical facilities, airports and offsite prefabrication. XYZ Reality combines AR hardware/software workflows, expert deployment services, and integrations to deliver actionable insights across construction portfolios.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of planning and scheduling across multiple complex construction projects, from pre-construction through to handover • Develop, review and challenge detailed construction programmes, ensuring clear milestones, dependencies and realistic delivery schedules • Support integration of project programmes, including MEP installation and commissioning sequences, with BIM and 4D planning tools • Conduct critical path, schedule risk and delay analysis • Identify potential challenges and develop mitigation and recovery strategies • Provide clear, actionable progress reporting and programme analysis to clients and senior stakeholders • Collaborate with client and contractor planning teams, providing expert guidance, constructive challenge and technical leadership • Support planning standards, share best practice and mentor colleagues • Act as a trusted planning expert in client discussions, contributing to project delivery strategy and supporting new business opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Construction-related degree or relevant M&E trade background with progression into project planning • Demonstrable experience in construction planning or scheduling, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead planning role • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 • Willingness to travel regularly across Europe and the Middle East • Proven planning experience within data centre, mission-critical or similarly complex construction environments • Strong understanding of MEP installation, commissioning and integrated systems testing • Experience developing and managing complex construction programmes across multiple stakeholders • Strong knowledge of critical path analysis, programme risk management and delay mitigation • Experience delivering projects across Europe and/or the Middle East • Ideally, knowledge of NEC or FIDIC contracts • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge at senior level • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to balance technical detail and broader project priorities • Experience with Asta Powerproject, 4D planning tools such as Synchro or Navisworks, or Power BI would be advantageous
