• Lead a team of consultants on complex projects, providing development, training, and mentoring. • Conduct quality control reviews of junior consultant work product. • Ensure workload is evenly distributed amongst experts. • Schedule and conduct inspections and field assessments. • Analyze relevant information to prepare damage estimates. • Drive regional growth by recruiting consultants. • Build and maintain rapport with existing clients. • Partner with business development representatives. • Collaborate with vendors on damage correction strategies. • Maintain a clear understanding of the claims process. • Perform financial analysis of invoices, budgets, and reports. • Compile and process data tables. • Communicate and correspond with clients regularly. • Participate in regular client meetings. • Provide high quality continuing education courses to clients.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 10+ years relevant work experience. • Industry certifications a plus. • Ability to travel required (minimum 50%) • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
