📋 Description

• Own the enterprise Power BI adoption roadmap with measurable adoption and value targets • Build stakeholder buy-in, a champions network, forums, clinics and a community of practice • Design and personally deliver structured training, workshops, learning materials and guidance • Shape the governed semantic layer with data engineering, including KPI definitions, certification processes, naming conventions and refresh strategy • Author and enforce the enterprise reporting Design Guide covering standards, templates, palettes and UX conventions • Establish workspace governance, including deployment pipelines, Dev/QA/Prod design, RLS/CLS, sensitivity labelling and auditability • Build and optimise flagship dashboards • Troubleshoot Power BI performance issues • Reduce duplicated and ungoverned reporting and demonstrate the results • Prepare up to two PowerPoint slides on enterprise Power BI adoption for the interview • Demo a personally designed and built Power BI dashboard, covering the business problem, storytelling, accessibility and ongoing usage

🎯 Requirements

• Personally delivered enterprise-scale Power BI solutions • Advanced DAX • Power Query/M • Semantic model design and optimisation • Experience with large and complex datasets • Workspace strategy and administration • Row-level security (RLS) • Certified datasets • Ability to coach on Power BI implementation and challenge poor implementation • Experience creating an enterprise adoption roadmap • Experience running champion networks • Experience driving cultural change around data-driven decision making • Experience measuring adoption and business value • Experience designing and personally delivering structured training programmes • Experience building training materials • Knowledge of reporting standards and dashboard design principles • Knowledge of workspace management, certified dataset processes and self-service controls • Desirable: Microsoft Fabric architecture, capacity and medallion/lakehouse patterns • Desirable: Power Apps, ideally integrated with Power BI • Experience with sensitive, confidential or regulated data is desirable • Azure exposure is desirable • PL-300 is desirable
