• Levantar, analisar e documentar requisitos funcionais e não funcionais junto às áreas de negócio e stakeholders. • Traduzir necessidades do cliente em especificações claras para times de desenvolvimento e design. • Facilitar reuniões de alinhamento, entrevistas, workshops e modelagem de processos (As Is / To Be). • Construir e manter artefatos como histórias de usuário, casos de uso, fluxos de processo e documentação funcional. • Apoiar na priorização de backlog e na definição de critérios de aceitação. • Garantir a rastreabilidade dos requisitos ao longo do ciclo de vida do projeto. • Participar de validações de entregas, testes de aceitação e homologações com as áreas envolvidas.
