📋 Description

• Align and monitor the team's objectives • Ensure the team executes Rethink's processes • Track task progress within the development cycle, identifying and mitigating risks • Act as the technical point of reference for the team and the client • Maintain a positive team environment and uphold Rethink's culture • Approve overtime hours • Conduct interviews for IT team positions • Ensure the team keeps work tools up to date (JIRA, documentation) • Identify training opportunities and needs for the team • Define required profiles for projects in collaboration with the Coordinator • Support the project team in creating schedules • Monitor team dynamics to promote agile processes and remove obstacles • Resolve conflicts and maintain a collaborative work environment

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in backend development with Java (minimum 5 years) • Proficiency with Spring Boot and its core libraries/modules (Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring MVC, etc.) • Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) • Experience integrating RESTful APIs • Familiarity with best practices for security, scalability, and performance optimization • Experience with version control, preferably Git • Experience with cloud applications on AWS, including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, among others • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration environments, such as Docker and Kubernetes • Knowledge of unit testing
