• Conduct online (and occasionally in-person) training sessions with new clients, ensuring an excellent onboarding experience; • Update existing clients on new features, improvements, and best practices for using the platform; • Create and maintain support materials such as manuals, tutorial videos, FAQs and presentations; • Partner with Support, Product and Customer Success teams to understand recurring questions and anticipate user needs; • Monitor engagement and adoption metrics after training and propose continuous improvements to the process; • Serve as a product expert and learning facilitator for our clients.
