📋 Description

• Edit long-form and short-form video content according to creative direction and deadlines. • Add motion graphics, captions, and lower thirds as needed. • Optimize audio levels, color grading, and transitions for professional quality. • Manage project files, version control, and asset organization for efficient handoffs. • Collaborate with producers, designers, and other editors to incorporate feedback. • Ensure all edits meet technical specifications and platform requirements. • Deliver final files in required formats and aspect ratios for distribution. • Suggest creative improvements to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience editing professional video content (portfolio or reel required). • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar NLE), After Effects (basic), and audio editing tools. • Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling. • Familiarity with aspect ratios and formats for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. • Ability to take feedback constructively and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
