• Expand community ministry in the region. • Recruit and hire area directors for identified new communities. • Manage area directors in the region. • Provide leadership for strategic growth. • Develop a yearly personal growth plan that fosters a vibrant spiritual life. • Raise 100% of salary and benefits. • Report to Vice President of Community Ministries. • Work collaboratively with area directors and staff.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) • Active and growing relationships with Christ and willingness to sign Youth Dynamics Statement of Faith. • Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds. • A passion for reaching youth. • Minimum of five years of youth ministry experience (preferred). • Minimum of five years of management experience (preferred). • Have a teachable spirit.
