📋 Description

• Full-cycle recruiting • Manage the recruiting process from candidate submission to interview coordination. • Conduct structured phone and video interviews to assess candidate experience, reliability, and fit. • Work closely with internal team members to move candidates through interviews quickly and maintain strong pipeline visibility. • Keep candidates informed throughout the process and maintain professional communication from first contact through final hiring decision.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting • Excellent written and spoken English communication • Strong critical thinking and candidate evaluation skills • Comfortable working U.S. business hours • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Reliable internet connection with backup contingency for power or internet interruptions • Strongly Preferred Experience recruiting for skilled trades or construction roles • Experience recruiting for U.S. companies • Experience using modern recruiting systems such as HubSpot, Recruitee, and Slack
