📋 Description
• Develop, implement, and continuously refine video content strategies • Manage the content calendar: plan, schedule, and coordinate uploads and campaigns • Ideate and create engaging video storylines/briefs • Source and curate user-generated content, influencer partnerships, and community spotlights • Optimize video elements for discoverability and engagement • Collaborate with analytics teams to set, track, and report on KPIs • Stay ahead of social video trends, platform updates, and content best practices • Engage with the social community: respond to comments and foster authentic conversations • Ensure all content is brand-aligned and compliant with legal and copyright guidelines • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate short-form initiatives with campaign launches
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years managing social media platforms, preferably YouTube • Proven track record of driving growth and executing successful video-first campaigns • Deep knowledge of social video best practices, algorithms, trends, and audience development • Experience developing creative briefs, storyboarding, and collaborating with creative or production teams from concept to final cut • Strong understanding of video optimization techniques for discoverability and engagement • Skilled at analyzing social performance data, distilling insights, and making strategic recommendations • Up-to-date on platform policies, emerging content formats, and audience engagement tactics • Excellent communication and project management skills • High attention to detail and adaptability with creative problem-solving skills • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience
