📋 Description

• Own features and systems end-to-end for the Corporate Insight Agent, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, deployment, and iteration • Serve as a subject matter expert across the stack • Report to the Head of Corporate Applications and receive mentorship in AI-native development, systems design, front-end development, and cloud infrastructure • Collaborate with Corporate Product Management and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and shape requirements • Revamp critical business processes • Drive initiatives proactively and help define what gets built, why it matters, and how to execute • Balance rapid prototyping with scalable, maintainable production systems • Iterate with users and stakeholders while maintaining quality, reliability, and observability • Use Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to improve productivity and ship trustworthy solutions • Own and support production AI Agent systems used daily by customers and internal teams • Communicate proactively and reliably, especially during production issues

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of architecting and developing full-stack applications • 5+ years working with Python, React, AWS, and modern data platforms • Strong understanding of application architecture, APIs, observability, messaging, and workflow patterns • Experience building LLM-powered products and Agent Experiences • Experience designing Agent Loops, integrating MCP, and developing custom tools • 6+ years of hands-on software development experience shipping customer-facing applications • Experience building production AI systems and optimizing AI agents for quality, reliability, latency, and cost • Comfort working across TypeScript, Python, React, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure • Strong full-stack engineering fundamentals, including high-quality user experiences, scalable backend systems, observable services, and reliable workflows • Hands-on use of AI coding tools as part of day-to-day engineering practice • Strong communication and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, STEM, or a related technical discipline • Must not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship • Must be able to work within the United States
