📋 Description

• Turn client requirements into transaction rules, event-driven workflows, and configuration on the client's platform • Capture before/after evidence of your work so it can be reviewed and replayed by teammates or the client • Work closely with client teams in collaborative working sessions, explaining technical decisions and translating complex engineering concepts clearly • Investigate unfamiliar API contracts and client tooling independently to get integrations working • Debug issues that live in the client's platform rather than your own code, and file clean reproductions back to core engineering • Actively leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate development, improve code quality, and drive engineering best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on Python at minimum • Go is a nice-to-have • Experience with rules engines, workflow orchestration, or event-driven systems (CEL, Temporal, or similar) • Familiarity with Kafka or similar event streaming platforms • Experience in fintech, core banking, or regulated financial services environments • Prior core-banking or ledger experience • Comfort working in an AI-assisted or agentic development workflow.
