📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned products using the AIPMM framework. • Define product requirements, functional specifications, and business requirements. • Manage cross-department intake for new needs, enhancements, and issues. • Create and maintain product roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy. • Establish product KPIs and monitor product health; report on performance and outcomes. • Translate requirements into actionable backlog items in Azure DevOps, including epics, features, and user stories. • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery with development teams. • Partner with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure user needs are accurately represented.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field such as Business, or related disciplines required. • 2-4 years of experience required • Minimum 3+ years of experience leading Salesforce-based initiatives from a product or solutioning perspective (not solely as an administrator or developer). • Strong working knowledge of: Salesforce data model (objects, relationships, standard vs. custom objects), Core configuration concepts (flows, validation rules, automation, security model) • Experience guiding delivery teams without direct hands-on configuration responsibility. • Proven ability to partner effectively with Salesforce administrators and developers, particularly in environments with limited platform support.
