📋 Description

• Manage real-time data and cloud applications, focusing on Microsoft Azure. • Build and maintain relationships with customers, addressing challenges and inquiries. • Deliver smooth and efficient service experiences for customers. • Analyze client operations for efficiencies and propose solutions. • Monitor system operation and design system architecture. • Provide support and fault diagnosis for complex challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or Equivalent Level • Experience with AzureCloud Services • Experience with Relational Databases or time-series data. • Experience with a development language (Preferably: Python, NodeJS, PowerShell, and or C#) • Experience with OSIsoft’s PI System and applications of their product suite. • Knowledge of Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) • Networking experience, troubleshooting LAN/WAN. • Experience with Infrastructure as Code. (Terraform/Ansible) • Good communication skills. • Excellent writing skills. • Ability to manage projects or programs. • Basic experience of coordinating project work for others (4 to 6 month projects)
