📋 Description

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies • Perform exploratory and descriptive analytics to support business decisions • Develop KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business goals • Design and build dashboards and reports (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) • Automate recurring reporting for departments such as product, marketing, and operations • Deliver insights in clear and actionable visualizations • Translate data findings into business recommendations • Collaborate with stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Operations) to define analytical needs • Support strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in BI, Data Analysis, or related field • Proven experience building dashboards and reports for business use • Strong SQL (complex joins, aggregations, CTEs) • Experience with Tableau, Power BI • Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes • Solid Excel/Sheets skills for quick analysis • English - B2+ • A big plus: familiarity with Python/R and cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
