📋 Description

• Initiate outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social channels to build B2B lead pipelines • Research, identify, and qualify business opportunities in target markets and verticals • Engage prospects in consultative conversations, communicate value propositions, and handle objections • Document prospect interactions and pipeline activities in CRM systems • Collaborate with project coordinators and client stakeholders to align messaging and refine outreach • Provide feedback to improve AI training datasets using real-world interactions and industry best practices • Analyze outreach results and propose continuous-improvement strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recent, hands-on experience in B2B sales development • Track record of success in outbound prospecting • Expertise in cold calling, lead qualification, and consultative sales conversations within complex sales cycles • Proficiency with leading CRM tools for pipeline management and activity tracking • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills focused on professionalism and clarity • Ability to adapt messaging for diverse industries and customer personas • Strong analytical and feedback skills to support data-driven AI system training • Previous participation in technology-driven sales engagements or AI-related projects is a plus
