📋 Description

• Reimagine Insurance Application Workflows: Build modern and scalable React-based interfaces to enhance and streamline workflows, ensuring the best possible user experience for our Risk Engineering team. • AI-Powered Front-End Innovation: Collaborate with Data and Risk Engineering teams to leverage AI tools, delivering actionable insights via robust and intuitive user interfaces. • Empower Small Businesses with HR Solutions: Expand and refine our HR application’s front-end capabilities to support its next phase of growth, ensuring scalability and a user-centric approach. • Support Emerging Products: Develop user interfaces for new tools that empower our Claims team to handle complex cases across diverse insurance lines, improving efficiency and clarity. • Set Standards for Excellence: Work with engineering leaders to define and document best practices, reusable components, and workflows for our React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS codebases, ensuring consistency and quality across the team as we scale.

🎯 Requirements

• A passion for creating exceptional user interfaces and experiences. • 4+ years of experience with React. • 2+ years of experience with Typescript. • Expertise is using Tailwind CSS or similar frameworks to build responsive, scalable designs. • Proficiency with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or Context API). • Experience integrating RESTful APIs into front-end applications. • Strong understanding of front-end workflows, build tools, and performance optimization. • Effective communication and documentation skills. • Experience working in a remote, collaborative team environment. • Bonus: familiarity with back-end technologies like Django REST Framework or Python.
