📋 Description

• Develop modern full-stack features end to end • Work closely with product management, frontend/backend development, and other technical stakeholders • Take ownership of complete features • Develop features end to end, from the database layer and REST APIs through to the React UI • Design and implement responsive React components for desktop and mobile • Develop scalable backend APIs with .NET 9, C#, FastEndpoints, and Entity Framework Core • Work with React 19, TypeScript 5.9, Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, TanStack Router, and TanStack Query • Integrate with Office.js, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure services • Implement and enhance authentication and integration processes using Azure MSAL • Contribute to database design, SQL structures, and performance optimization • Develop cloud-native solutions and deploy to Azure, including Azure Container Apps • Work with Docker, GitHub Actions, Elasticsearch, Redis, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Service Bus • Actively participate in code reviews across the entire stack • Help shape technical architecture decisions • Actively use AI tools to improve quality, speed, and transparency throughout the development process

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of full-stack development experience with modern frameworks • Strong knowledge of React and TypeScript, including React Hooks, state management, REST APIs, and responsive interfaces • Strong knowledge of .NET and C# • Experience with Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and SQL • Experience designing and implementing responsive interfaces for desktop and mobile • Good understanding of database design and SQL structures • Experience with Git, modern build tools such as Vite or Webpack, and DevOps fundamentals • Cloud-first mindset, ideally with Azure or alternatively AWS • Interest in Microsoft technologies such as Office.js, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure MSAL • Open to AI-assisted development processes and, ideally, practical experience with relevant tools • Excellent self-organization when working from home • Proactive and clear communication in a remote team • Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach to work • Good judgment in balancing quick solutions with long-term maintainability • Product-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for the long-term development of a software product • Fluent German • Good English skills for technical documentation and working with development resources • Germany preferred; EU-based candidates may be considered by arrangement
