• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple legal entities, including reconciliation, issue resolution, and posting to the General Ledger. • Analyze and reconcile payroll reports; research discrepancies and implement corrections for biweekly, weekly, and off-cycle payrolls. • Research, analyze, and resolve payroll-related issues using independent judgment; escalate complex cases to the Associate Manager, Payroll as needed. • Monitor and resolve Payroll Service Requests (SRs), reassigning when necessary. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Benefits, IT, AP, Control, etc.) and external vendors to ensure accurate payroll operations. • Provide customer support by researching and responding to employee payroll inquiries via phone, email, and messaging. • Administer payroll-related programs (e.g., Short-Term Disability, Shoes for Crews, Baby Bonding, Maternity Leave) to ensure accurate payments or refunds. • Review and process relocation files and other vendor-provided data for payroll accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of payroll or related experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and confidentiality • Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills • Experience with automated payroll systems (e.g., Oracle, ADP) is preferred • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines • Accuracy-focused with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Team-oriented and adaptable to changes in policies, processes, and technology • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels
