📋 Description

• Develop a cross-platform content strategy for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok • Plan, coordinate, and optimize the content calendar • Create campaigns, recurring series, and scalable content frameworks • Analyze performance data and derive specific optimization measures • Conduct A/B tests for hooks, thumbnails, titles, and formats • Identify trends early and translate them into high-performing content ideas • Work closely with the Video Editor and provide strategic direction for content production • Develop engagement and community strategies • Define clear growth targets and track their achievement • Work closely with the founder, Bastian

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable success in social media management • Ideally, experience in the education, crypto, trading, or finance sectors • In-depth knowledge of crypto and trading • Understanding of current market trends and relevant narratives • Ability to independently research and assess new topics • Experience writing compelling, audience-focused copy for different formats and platforms • KPI-, conversion-, retention-, and scale-oriented mindset • Strategic understanding of the Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok algorithms • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Instagram Insights and YouTube Analytics • Ability to develop viral ideas with a clear strategic objective • Independent, structured, and responsible working style • No micromanagement required • CV required; cover letters and references are not necessary
