📋 Description

• Independently manage incidents, service requests, and change requests within the SAP SuccessFactors Application Management Service (2nd/3rd-level support) • Analyze, prioritize, and deliver sustainable solutions to complex functional and technical issues within agreed SLAs • Provide expert advice to customers on configurations, process adjustments, and enhancements within the relevant SuccessFactors module • Conduct root-cause analyses and derive preventive measures to ensure quality • Coordinate with SAP, internal delivery teams, and other stakeholders on cross-module topics • Support release and patch management as well as regular system updates • Create and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and operating manuals

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience—typically 5+ years—in SAP SuccessFactors support or implementation, ideally including several years in an AMS environment • Strong expertise in at least one SuccessFactors module, such as Employee Central, ECP, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Learning • Experience with ticketing systems and structured AMS processes; ITIL knowledge is an advantage • Strong analytical and solution-oriented approach, including when handling complex cross-module issues • Customer- and service-oriented manner combined with a structured and independent way of working • Excellent written and spoken German and English • SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in the relevant module are an advantage • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer or team meetings
