📋 Description

• Independent implementation of SuccessFactors Time Tracking, including integration into Employee Central • Planning and conducting client workshops — from requirements analysis to solution design • Managing project execution with clear communication between clients, project teams, and stakeholders • Responsible for on-time, on-budget project delivery, including quality assurance • Active involvement in project planning, effort estimation, and time management • Early identification of risks and development of effective countermeasures • Coordinating test management — from test cases through to go-live • Supporting presales activities, e.g., through solution sketches, proposals, and demo presentations

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience (at least 4 years) implementing SuccessFactors Time Tracking, including customization and system configuration • Successful delivery of end-to-end projects — from kick-off to post-implementation support • High quality awareness and strong time and project management skills • Analytical thinking, a structured working approach, and strong problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders • Solid understanding of HR processes and technical know-how in the SuccessFactors context • Certifications in Employee Central (EC) and Time Tracking (TT) • Very good German and English skills
