📋 Description

• Define strategy for the 6-12 month horizon • Identify and validate new revenue opportunities from 0-to-1 propositions • Embed rigorous experimentation into team workflows • Develop reusable AI playbooks and workflows • Design product metrics and dashboards for the business • Own programmes that move core business metrics • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility and commercial viability • Coach Product Managers instilling a customer-first mindset • Engage with Leadership Team on strategic recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading product strategy across multiple teams or domains • Deep, hands-on experience designing rigorous experiments and rapid prototypes • Deep understanding of unit economics, pricing levers, and revenue modelling • Ability to develop AI-enabled workflows, playbooks, or toolchains • Proficient in gathering and using financial, behavioural, and usage data for decisions • Comfortable engaging with engineers on system architecture, APIs, ML pipelines, and service design • Proven track record of mentoring and developing Product Managers
