• Design flows, systems, and interfaces • Collaborate deeply with engineers and PMs • Own problems end-to-end, from discovery through to shipped product • Create fast feedback loops by testing ideas early • Mentor other designers and contribute to raising the bar across the team
🎯 Requirements
• Strong design skills, with an emphasis on UI/UX • Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) • Experience in working with teams across different time zones • Familiarity with prototyping and coding tools • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
