📋 Description

• Write production code in TypeScript, React, Python, Node.js—whatever gets the job done • Build automation workflows that eliminate repetitive work • Review code with an eye for both quality and pragmatism • Debug issues when waiting for someone else would kill momentum • Implement testing frameworks and quality gates that actually work • Transform product vision into executable technical roadmaps through collaborative planning sessions • Run efficient sprints that ship features through clear communication and accountability • Facilitate productive technical discussions that resolve conflicts and drive decisions • Document decisions and processes so clearly that new team members feel at home • Coordinate distributed teams across time zones without dropping balls • Drive constructive dialogue between stakeholders with competing priorities • Generate solutions by facilitating focused problem-solving sessions • Bridge technical and non-technical worlds with clear, jargon-free communication • Surface hidden blockers through proactive one-on-ones and team check-ins • Create psychological safety where team members share challenges early

🎯 Requirements

• 4-8 years mixing hands-on development with technical leadership • Fluent in modern web stack (our current: TypeScript, React, Python, cloud platforms) • Daily user of automation tools and AI assistants—show us your workflows • Excellence with project tools (Jira, Confluence, Git workflows) • Remote work mastery with proven async communication skills • Proven ability to facilitate technical design sessions that reach consensus • Experience translating between technical and business stakeholders • Track record of turning conflicts into collaborative solutions • Excellence in written and verbal communication across cultures • Ability to drive meetings that produce decisions, not just discussions
