• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Recruitment, Immigration, or a related field. • Proven experience in administrative roles or virtual assistance. • Familiarity with recruitment processes and Australian visa requirements. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Experience in business development or international recruitment. • Knowledge of Australian immigration pathways (e.g., 482, 494, 186, 190 visas). • Proficiency with content creation tools and social media management platforms. • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and optimizing strategies.
