📋 Description

• Shape the platform and infrastructure that product teams build on • Improve the full development loop, including local development, CI/CD, deployment, and production feedback • Define and drive standards for testing, IaC, observability, and secure delivery • Help product teams adopt platform standards and workflows • Build shared tooling, templates, and golden paths • Own secure delivery end-to-end, including security scanning, secrets management, dependency and supply-chain controls, and pen-testing workflows • Monitor the evolving security landscape as AI agents change vulnerabilities and exploitation • Shape repositories, tooling, conventions, tests, feedback loops, contexts, and documentation for coding agents • Measure impact using DORA metrics and qualitative engineering-team feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering background • Experience designing and building internal platforms • Deep experience with CI/CD, automated testing, IaC, and developer tooling • Strong grasp of modern software security and secure delivery practices (shift-left / SecDevOps) • Product mindset toward internal tooling • Real fluency with AI coding agents • Understanding e2e test frameworks such as Playwright and how to scale them is a big plus
