• Responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with key stakeholders within a dedicated portfolio of customers. • Defining and delivering the success plan, identifying the customers’ needs and introducing Zenergi products and services. • Driving the highest ROI possible for products and services to medium value-based customers (30-60 customers). • Ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing revenue, and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer portfolios, understanding their unique needs and objectives. • Developing proposals and presentations for upselling and cross-selling opportunities. • Establishing renewal goals to ensure customer portfolio stays with Zenergi at renewal periods. • Collaborating with internal teams to negotiate contract terms and pricing strategy. • Conducting customer satisfaction audits and recommending solutions for improvement. • Acting as the voice of the customer with internal teams, providing insights to improve service and product offerings. • Analyzing customer data to identify sustainability and cost-saving opportunities. • Tracking and reporting key performance metrics, providing regular updates to customer portfolio on progress and achievements.
