📋 Description

• Own features end-to-end from framing the problem with Product to shipping and measuring impact, across onboarding, activation, dashboards, and billing/account UI • Build with an AI-first mindset using tools like Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor • Instrument what you ship with event tracking and dashboards • Run experiments to improve activation and conversion based on real usage data • Collaborate with various teams to shape API design and pick up backend work

🎯 Requirements

• Strong product mindset • Experience with React • Ability to collaborate widely with teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Backend Engineers • Proficiency with event tracking and dashboards (Amplitude, Segment, BigQuery, PostHog) • Experience running A/B tests and iterating on activation and conversion • Experience mentoring other engineers
