📋 Description

• Build React Native experiences supporting customer onboarding and identity verification for millions of customers • Own team-level feature delivery end-to-end on React Native identity flows, from technical design through production monitoring • Collaborate with Product and Design to shape technical approaches and surface risks early • Raise quality through stronger test coverage, tighter CI/CD, and reduced change-failure rates • Navigate fragmented and legacy technology pragmatically, deciding when to fix, work around, or escalate • Partner with compliance and risk stakeholders to ensure mobile changes meet regulatory expectations • Work with engineering managers, staff engineers, and cross-functional partners across product, design, and compliance • Own deployments end-to-end, including monitoring, feature flagging, phased rollouts, and rollback plans

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience building production mobile applications with deep, hands-on React Native expertise • Strong command of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, component architecture, and state management at scale • Rigorous unit, integration, and end-to-end testing approach • Genuine ownership of CI/CD pipelines • Experience in a regulated or high-compliance environment such as fintech or healthtech • Track record of owning deployments end-to-end, including monitoring, feature flagging, phased rollouts, and rollback plans • Clear, structured written communication, including design documents and post-mortems • Ability to operate with moderate ambiguity and drive problems to resolution with minimal hand-holding • Curiosity about applying AI in the work area • Practical professional experience using AI tools • Strong AI literacy, including prompting and critical evaluation of AI-generated output • Awareness of ethical and responsible AI use, especially regarding sensitive data, customer experience, and compliance
