📋 Description

• Lead End-to-End Global Onboarding Projects & Other Customer facing delivery projects • Manage a portfolio of concurrent global onboarding projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery. • Develop and execute detailed implementation plans, aligning internal teams and customer stakeholders. • Maintain full visibility on progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables using structured tools such as Monday.com. • Act as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase, building strong, trusted relationships with customers. • Conduct regular check-ins, ensuring alignment on project objectives, milestones, and outcomes. • Gather and interpret customer feedback to inform process improvements and enhance overall onboarding effectiveness. • Create, maintain, and continually refine project collateral, training material, communication templates, and best practice documentation. • Work closely with the COO to evolve the global onboarding framework, incorporating automation, analytics, and customer-centric improvements. • Identify opportunities to streamline and scale onboarding workflows through standardisation and digital enablement. • Work with the implementation manager to ensure the solution delivered will drive optimum merchant onboarding through LMS-led training, tool deployment, and compliance activation. • Track merchant engagement and adoption during the implementation period, ensuring rapid activation of key features and measurable risk reduction. • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure implementation aligns with platform capabilities and customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in project or implementation management within SaaS, fintech, or cybersecurity • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder, cross-regional projects. • Strong communication and customer engagement skills with a proactive, consultative approach. • Experience developing project collateral, frameworks, or playbooks to scale delivery excellence. • Familiarity with merchant ecosystems, compliance (PCI DSS), or cybersecurity operations is an advantage. • Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. • PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification (required)
