📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of collections specialists • Drive quarterly reductions in past-due accounts receivable balances • Oversee all operational aspects of the collections process • Establish, monitor, and report on operational KPIs • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Customer Success • Identify and implement automation and system enhancements • Manage escalations and implement root cause corrective actions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B Credit and Collections • Proven ability to drive measurable improvements in key collections metrics • Deep understanding of the order-to-cash process • Hands-on experience with collections and financial systems such as Zuora, HighRadius, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle, or SAP • Strong operational focus with the ability to build, document, and refine collections workflows and policies • Proficient in spreadsheet tools such as Excel and Google Sheets • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
