📋 Description

• Lead design strategy and execution for professional experiences • Translate complex workflows into simple experiences • Partner with product managers and engineers to define customer problems • Facilitate design sprints and critiques • Craft interaction models and prototypes • Advocate for design quality and accessibility • Mentor other designers and contribute to design culture

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product or UX design • Experience leading large-scale design initiatives • Experience building or supporting B2B or B2B2C solutions • CRM platform experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred • Proven strength in systems thinking, interaction design, and visual execution • Experience using research and data to inform design decisions • Portfolio showing examples of shipped products • Strong communication and storytelling skills • Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
