• Create compelling, relevant, industry-aligned AI Leadership course content and playbook projects • Record authentic, engaging videos illustrating AI leadership concepts and demonstrating tools/technologies • Collaborate with Learning Experience Design team to map lessons, exercises, video outlines, and live session agendas • Inspire learners, build confidence, and help them adopt and integrate AI into leadership practice • Optimize learner engagement, retention, and success • Deliverables include on-demand content, a hands-on Playbook project, and input/review on live session agendas • Time commitment: ~35–40 hours over 6–7 weeks (kickoff, working sessions, content development, video recording, review)
• 10+ years of experience in leadership, especially with AI adoption strategies • A genuine passion for learning and helping others grow • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Strong point of view on what skills and knowledge new people to the field need to succeed • Ability to break concepts down for beginners and explain the “why” • Able to be genuine and engaging on video • Must submit a resume (PDF) and a 1–2 minute sample teaching video as part of application • Required to complete application through the job board (no direct outreach) • Application form requests years of professional experience in organizational leadership and other screening questions
