📋 Description

• Write, review, and maintain high-quality, production-level code for blockchain-related software and infrastructure. • Take ownership of end-to-end feature development, from design through deployment and maintenance. • Contribute to architecture and design decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability. • Identify and resolve complex technical issues in production systems. • Mentor junior engineers and guide best practices across the team. • Participate actively in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical discussions. • Continuously improve development processes, tooling, and testing strategies. • Participate in an on-call rotation schedule to support production systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Background in Computer Science or a related field. • 5+ years of professional software development experience, with significant Rust experience. • Strong expertise with Rust tooling: build systems, package managers, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines. • Proven ability to develop mission-critical features and navigate large, complex codebases. • Experience conducting and receiving code reviews, with focus on high-quality, maintainable code. • Comfortable taking ownership of features end-to-end: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. • Fluent in Git and GitHub workflows. • Familiarity with agile development processes, sprint planning, and backlog management. • Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. • Habit of writing thorough unit and integration tests. • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
