📋 Description

• Manage document accessibility remediation following WCAG 2.1 guidelines • Conduct accessibility testing using various tools • Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with accessibility standards • Train staff on creating compliant documents • Research and analyze relevant legal regulations

🎯 Requirements

• 7-12 years of experience in document accessibility testing and remediation • 3+ years Microsoft Word WCAG 2.1 AA remediation (styles, headings, alt text, reading order) • 3+ years PDF WCAG 2.1 AA remediation (tagging, logical structure, forms, links) • 3+ years of experience with accessibility testing tools • Ability to research laws, analyze policies and procedures, and interpret complex regulations • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Problem-solving solutions to bring SCJB into compliance • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams across the organization • Proficiency with compliance management software and accessibility tools • Manage sensitive information and situations • Ability to train staff on creating compliant documents • Preferred Skills: Experience with court forms or orders, UX compliance, CPACC, IAAP ADS certification • Appropriate education and work experience accepted
