📋 Description

• Act as the first line of response for product-related tickets across OE Central, Passport, OE Stream, Podium, and related platforms • Gather information, reproduce issues where possible, and assess severity and impact • Resolve straightforward product queries and configuration questions using the Product Knowledge Base • Escalate complex or unresolved product issues with clear, documented context • Create and manage user accounts across OpenExchange platforms • Handle CSV schedule uploads, blueprint and template management, and standard setup requests • Process onboarding and offboarding requests, configure access, and prepare accounts for day one • Process hardware and software requests with relevant teams • Troubleshoot common IT issues using available resources, AI tools, and the Knowledge Base • Review and accurately categorise post-event issue tickets • Route issues to Product, Delivery, or IT teams • Perform routine Salesforce administration, including merging duplicate records and editing orders • Maintain data quality and flag anomalies • Document ticket resolutions and identify gaps in Knowledge Base articles • Manage the ticket queue within expected SLAs and provide first-class service to internal and external customers

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in a support, helpdesk, or operations role • Exposure to IT support tasks such as user administration, hardware requests, or software troubleshooting • Experience working with a ticketing or CRM system (e.g. Freshdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira) • Experience in a SaaS, virtual events, or technology services environment is a plus • Organised and methodical, able to manage a varied, fast-moving ticket queue • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable using software products and picking up new tools quickly • Ability to identify when to escalate issues appropriately • Positive attitude toward AI tools • Team-oriented approach to shared knowledge • Availability of 15–40 hours per week during UK business hours • Readiness to become familiar with all OpenExchange products within the first 90 days • Readiness to build confidence with the Product Knowledge Base • Readiness to develop understanding of the client base and platform environments
