📋 Description

• Support Product, Engineering and other stakeholders with analysis to inform product decisions • Work with existing metrics and support improvements to how we measure product performance • Analyse datasets to identify trends and highlight areas for further investigation • Break down problems into clear analytical approaches, with guidance where needed • Support the design and analysis of experiments to test product changes • Build dashboards and reports to track performance and enable decision-making • Deliver deep-dives and ad hoc analysis to answer business questions • Communicate insights clearly to a range of stakeholders • Contribute to analytical projects, taking ownership of defined pieces of work

🎯 Requirements

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with data • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI; Python is a bonus • Experience in a data-led environment such as fintech, banking, consulting or a high-growth start-up • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Comfortable turning data into clear, actionable insight • Able to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Willing to ask questions, seek feedback and continuously improve • Able to work effectively in cross-functional teams
