📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and optimize full-funnel, multi-touch campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, webinars, and other channels • Generate and accelerate pipeline, drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and increase brand awareness • Design lead-nurture programs aligned with Product Marketing and Sales Development teams • Partner with content and product teams to deliver whitepapers, case studies, videos, and eBooks aligned to funnel stage and target audiences • Monitor conversion rates, pipeline growth, ROI, and other campaign success metrics • Collaborate with analytics teams to build KPI dashboards and reporting tools • Serve as a cross-functional connection between Product Marketing, Sales Development, Field Marketing, and Partner Marketing teams

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving • Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain • 8+ years experience with demand generation marketing strategies, including paid acquisition, email marketing, content syndication and virtual events • Knowledge of B2B tech sales cycles and buyer journeys • Experience marketing to C-level and practitioners within technical functions at enterprise accounts • Proficient at evaluating campaign performance metrics to inform strategy and tactics • Proven ability to leverage AI technologies and workflows to drive measurable operational efficiency • Proven track record building pipeline at both startup and enterprise levels • Proficiency in modern MarTech tools such as SFDC, Marketo, Tableau, and Google Suite
