📋 Description

• Participate in discovery for project deliverables including software configuration, custom development, and integration. Record key decisions and business cases for project archive. • Analyze client needs and business processes. Identify functional and technical requirements needed to meet the client’s goals. Write specifications to guide development efforts that meet those goals. • Proactively provide recommendations and best practice advice on meeting goals through technical and functional solutions, including data visualization, software system configuration, customization, process improvement, and/or staff training. • Manage User Acceptance testing to ensure work product meets client requirements. • Educate and train clients on system functionality, offering users guidance to become proficient in use of new tools. • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English sufficient to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and staff effectively and accurately through all levels of the agency. • Demonstrated commitment to fostering and maintaining an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging. • *The above are not a complete list of duties and responsibilities, rather a guide to the essential functions for this role.*

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience analyzing business processes, providing recommendations, and guiding technical and nontechnical teams in implementing changes. • 1-2 years of experience or level of proficiency with CRM systems; Blackbaud, Salesforce, and other technology. • Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly. • Drive to solve problems efficiently, creatively, and independently. • Demonstrated success in self-directed and outcome-oriented initiatives with a strong customer focus. • Strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing with stakeholders who have varying technical expertise. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. • Organized with the ability to manage complex workflows. • Ability to collaborate with colleagues for broader solutioning of client/project needs. • Knowledge sharing, including participating in the client community or mentoring/training colleagues.
