📋 Description

• Adhere to Zuri Group’s management standards for leadership, communication, administration, performance management, team building, strategic thinking, and conflict resolution. • Demonstrated commitment to fostering and maintaining an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging. • Drive employee engagement, growth, and support team members with career growth and development, advocating for project assignments and/or professional development to advance career objectives and Zuri’s strategic plan. • Facilitate successful resolution of conflicts for team members as necessary, modeling constructive conflict management strategies. • Synthesize regular performance feedback from project leadership and colleagues for team members to optimize client outcomes and support team development. • Oversee and proactively provide strategic recommendations and best practice advice on meeting goals through software system configuration, customization, process improvement, and/or staff training. • Strengthen your recommendations with a keen understanding of system opportunities and potential shortcomings. • Lead comprehensive client education and training initiatives, with a specific focus on ensuring a smooth go-live transition and facilitating user proficiency. • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients, gaining a deep understanding of their unique requirements and aligning solutions with their specific business objectives. • Champion effective communication strategies to foster robust client relationships. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to articulate the scope of work needed to meet client requirements. • Spearhead and oversee the strategic development of software solutions tailored to meet project objectives. • Forge collaborative partnerships with clients and cross-functional development teams. • Architect and engineer cutting-edge software applications, applying your expertise in programming languages. • Craft and sustain code of exemplary quality, characterized by its cleanliness, efficiency, and comprehensive documentation. • Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure that software applications meet functional and performance requirements. • Identify and troubleshoot issues with software applications, and implement fixes or workarounds as needed. • Remain current with the latest trends and advancements in software development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years of relevant experience. • Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in non-profit and/or higher education implementation projects, preferably in a technology consulting environment. • Knowledge of fundraising principles and demonstrated proficiency in related technical systems such as Salesforce, Blackbaud CRM, etc. • Possesses subject matter expertise and demonstrated proficiency in core software systems as relevant to the Technical Solutions department (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Blackbaud CRM, Salesforce, etc.) • Advanced programming skills in C#, .NET Framework, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and XML. • Ability to effectively manage a team of technical resources with different project priorities, building consistency and cohesion. • Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly. • Ability to relay and explain technical concepts to a broad audience, including non-technical staff. • Effective in building consensus and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including executives and senior level staff.
