📋 Description

• Apply the Zwift Design language to visual designs across web, social, app, and physical channels • Create new visual identities for Marketing, Content, and Product initiatives • Collaborate with UX/UI Designers to maintain Brand design excellence across digital platforms • Contribute to the Zwift Brand Guidelines and Design System • Collaborate with Copywriters to deliver cohesive designs integrating the Zwift Brand Voice • Work with Marketing, Content, and UI teams to iterate content designs and deliver assets to specification • Produce app imagery for promotional use, including in-game photography using proprietary capture tools • Own projects from first sketch through delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a member of a Design or Brand team • Proficient in standard Design applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma • Demonstrated understanding of motion design and working knowledge of After Effects and/or Lottie • Organizational and planning skills, including strategic direction, production asset contribution, and asset delivery management • Ability to thrive in an iterative, collaborative design environment and manage nuanced, challenging feedback • Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, hierarchy, and layout systems • Commitment to staying current on industry best practices • Familiarity with email, app, and other CRM design standards • Passion for brand experience and creative thinking • AI tools used during interviews must be disclosed or cited • Passion for fitness, gaming, or sport is a plus; love for the Zwift mission is essential • Experience working with remote, distributed teams is a bonus • Experience with Design Systems (Components, Tokens, and Variables) is a bonus • Experience with print design and industrial colors, materials, and finishes is a bonus
