• Assist in developing and executing pricing and revenue strategies. • Analyze historical data, market trends, and competitor pricing to support decision-making. • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance metrics. • Support forecasting and budgeting processes. • Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management. • Identify opportunities to optimize pricing, inventory, and distribution channels. • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align revenue strategies. • Maintain and update revenue management systems and tools. • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms. • Lead weekly revenue calls, including preparing insights, presenting performance updates, and documenting key decisions and action items.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Hospitality, or a related field preferred. • Experience working in a hotel. • Experience in revenue management, finance, data analysis, or a related role preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Basic understanding of pricing strategies and demand forecasting. • Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with data visualization or business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred. • Experience with revenue management or CRM systems preferred. • Ability to interpret large datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations preferred.
